For some children, being active feels natural. For others, it can feel challenging or out of reach. The journey into movement often begins with a small spark of curiosity, and the right environment can help that spark grow.
Our work is grounded in empathy, inclusion and evidence. Together, we support consistent and welcoming approaches across the day that help children think, feel, move and connect. This enables being active to become a meaningful and positive part of everyday life for all young people.
More children are getting involved than ever before, but too many are still missing out on the rewards of an active lifestyle. Children need 60 minutes of physical activity daily, with at least 30 minutes taking place outside of school.
