Our team of Bridgwater Health and Wellbeing Coaches run a series of low-cost/free programmes across the Bridgwater area. These programmes are available for residents registered with the following Bridgwater practices to attend:

This group is designed to help you learn ways to manage your weight which are both healthy and sustainable in the long term.

This group is designed for people living with persistent pain to understand where pain originates and how it can be managed and overcome for a better quality of life.

This programme is designed to give you an understanding of the condition and how lifestyle changes can help you to live well with diabetes.

Stronger Women Age Well
Stronger Women Age Well 6 week programme.
Do you sometimes feel unsure on how to get started with strength training? This programme is a fantastic chance to learn basic moves designed to build muscle strength. This class will use a mix of lights weights and body weight.

Women's Wellness 6 week programme.
This programme will provide you with the chance to meet other women for a topical chat over tea/coffee. You will also be given the chance to try a variety of activities including Pilates, Strength Training and much more.

Legs, Bums and Tums for Mums 6 week programme.
This programme welcomes all parents and babies to enjoy this low impact class whilst connecting with other parents. In this class we aim to improve confidence, core strength and pelvic floor health.

Funky Circuits

Funky Circuits 6 week programme.
This programme welcomes all parents, babies and toddlers to join in with a series of different exercise stations focusing on cardio, strength and toning targeting the whole body and relevant areas for new mums.
Parent Swimming - Parent & Baby and Parent & Toddler
Parent Swimming for Parent & Baby and Parent & Toddler.
These classes are a great opportunity to introduce your little one to an aquatic environment, or to improve their confidence in the pool.
