Clubs for All Training

The programme supports organisations, clubs and volunteers working with people facing barriers, like disability, health conditions, difficult home life, care status, school issues, or changes in gender identity or sexual orientation. It helps clubs and groups to include these individuals as valued members.
Training focuses on practical strategies for building relationships and understanding diverse communication styles, highlighting how club and group environments impact engagement.

The role includes planning routes, handling paperwork, leading walks, and attending occasional meetings or extra training.
