• Lister House Surgery

Physical Activity on Referral for Universal Credit Recipients

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit and are a registered patient in one of the surgeries listed above, you may be entitled to a FREE 12-week ProActive gym membership with Wellington Leisure Centre.
