What is it?  

If you are experiencing struggles with your mental health, you are not alone. We’re here so you can take positive action around your physical and mental health. Unbreakable Men enables you to join a community of like-minded men who just want to feel their best. 

Who is it for? 

Men aged 18+  

Where? 

Online community: Somerset wide 

In-person sessions for casual games and sports activities:
Tuesdays: Crewkerne 10am - 11am at The George Reynolds Centre, South St, Crewkerne TA18 8DA 
Wednesdays: Bridgwater 1.30pm - 2.30pm at YMCA Bridgwater, Friarn Avenue, TA6 3RF 
Thursdays: Taunton 12pm -1pm at YMCA Taunton, Lisieux Way, Taunton TA1 2LB

Dave is a lead mentor on our Jump Start programme, supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 - 18.  Through physical activity and sport, this programme gives individuals life skills, aspirations and experiences they need to nurture stronger self esteem. Dave manages members of the team.

Unbreakable Men aims to raise awareness around Men's Mental Health in Somerset and actively encourage Men to take ownership over their mental wellness, whilst positively impacting their mental and physical wellbeing through physical activity. This is done in a simple and practical ways with both online and face to face physical activities. The Unbreakable Men Project is delivered by Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership and funded by Open Mental Health.
