How will we keep you safe:

We are following Government guidance and have made some temporary changes to our hours of operation in the short term so that we can safely follow and manage the Government framework for reopening.

To help us manage our gym capacity, we have introduced a new system here, so you can book and guarantee your session at the gym.

We have also prepared some changes to the gym space you need to be aware of so everyone can get active again safely.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

To keep all our staff, members and guests safe and healthy, our gym has been deep cleaned using the recommended chemical cleaners for non-medical settings. We will continue to maintain this standard after we open with regular cleaning.

We have also increased the number of hygiene stations throughout the gym, with extra wipes and hand sanitiser readily available. Please use the wipes, spray and blue roll to wipe down equipment before and after use and keep your hands clean.

Capacity Management

We have a new Gym booking system that we will be using to help manage the number of people within the gym. Based on Government guidance, our current capacity is 8 people. Therefore booking is essential for all users.

Social Distancing

We have spaced out our gym in several ways in order to make social distancing simple and easy for you. We ask that you maintain a 2m distance between each other where possible.

You will see markings on the floor to remind you to keep your distance and where moving of equipment was not possible, some machines will be out of use temporarily.

Throughout the gym there will be signs and posters to assist you with social distancing and staff will be around to help everyone keep to these guidelines, and as always answer any questions.
