Kristie Herd

Wellington Health and Wellbeing Coach

Practices: You'll most likely see me if you go to Wellington Medical Centre, Luson Surgery or Lister House.

I'm really interested in: I am passionate about helping people to develop positive lifestyle changes and move more.

I am especially interested in fatigue and how by adjusting our eating habits, this can make a huge difference to energy levels, motivation and feeling healthier. Having experienced my own challenges when it comes to fatigue and poor health, I am passionate about working with others on their own personal journey.

I like to move by: Countryside walks with my dog (usually followed by a cheeky decaf coffee!)

I really enjoy spinning, boxercise, and tennis.

I love movement of all kinds and how this not only has a positive impact on my physical health, but also my mental wellbeing.

Something else about me: I love watching Formula 1!
