Sloppy Slippers
Sloppy Slippers is the name of the falls prevention campaign being launched in partnership with NHS Somerset. With all Move 2 Independence referrals, participants at risk of falling will be offered a free pair of well-fitting slippers to reduce their risk of slips and trips in the home.
