Tone Young Leaders

A culture of volunteering is actively being developed within the area. Our Young Leaders are actively encouraged to run informal activities at lunchtimes in secondary schools and support inter and intra school sport. Young Leaders do a fantastic job helping with festivals, competitions, and central venue leagues which could not take place without them. A Young Leaders pathway has been developed by the Partnership to map the events they will be involved in and the awards they can be accredited in. We also run Leadership Academies to support and extend the skills of the most talented leaders in the partnership.
We encourage and reward young leaders when they volunteer hours and they can record these on our volunteer passport.
