Fit for Work

What is it?

A programme designed to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to build confidence, skills, and physical readiness for employment.
Through fun, practical 2-hour weekly sessions led by inclusive coaches, participants take part in a range of activities that improve stamina, functional movement, and overall wellbeing. Alongside developing physical fitness, the programme helps participants build essential skills such as confidence, communication, teamwork, and independence in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Fit for Work allows participants to develop the tools they need to succeed in the workplace while providing opportunities to make new friends, enjoy being active, and improve their overall wellbeing.
