What is it?

At SASP, we believe in the power of sport and physical activity to transform lives. We're dedicated to creating more opportunities for people with disabilities across Somerset, and we know that every activity can be adapted to suit individual needs—no matter your experience or ability.  

Supporting adults with disabilities who want to get ready for employment. Over 10 weeks, you'll take part in fun, 2-hour weekly sessions led by inclusive coaches. Together, you'll try out different sports and strength training activities that help build stamina, improve movement, and boost your overall wellbeing. This programme also helps you grow soft skills, build confidence, and enjoy social time with others in a supportive and encouraging environment.
