Happier, Healthier, More Active - Wiveliscombe Sept 2026 - Wiveliscombe Community Centre
The course is led by a Health and Wellbeing Coach and includes discussions, information tips and strategies, plus the opportunity to try new activities and meet people.
There are 8 sessions and you should ideally attend all 8.
A fantastic all-round course, which we recommended for anyone over the age of 18 who feels they could be healthier, happier, or more active.
This will take place at Wiveliscombe Community Centre- Upper Hall
