Day By Day Women's Group

What is it?

Our Women’s Group is a safe, supportive and welcoming space for women aged 16-25 to connect with others, build positive relationships, and take part in gentle, meaningful activities.
We recognise that everyone’s experiences are different. The group is designed to feel relaxed, inclusive and pressure-free, with a focus on choice and comfort. You are welcome to take part in activities such as light movement, arts and crafts, or simply spend time chatting and getting to know others, whatever feels right for you on the day.
We prioritise emotional safety, trust, and giving people time to build confidence at their own pace. There is no expectation or pressure to take part in anything beyond what feels comfortable for you.
Before coming along, we offer the option to meet one-to-one with one of our mentors. This is a chance to get to know a familiar face, begin building a connection, and get a sense of what the group is like so you can feel more at ease when coming along.
