Unbreakable Men

SASP Unbreakable Men is an online project where the main aim is to raise awareness around Men's Mental Health in Somerset.

If you want to get involved simply download the Manual, watch the videos and get cracking on the Unbreakable Men challenges.

There are no huge time commitments involved, everything is set out step by step so you can get the most out of the Unbreakable Men Manual and challenges.

How Unbreakable Men works

The programme is set out in a challenge format using the 'Unbreakable Men' manual. Within the manual there are four themes: Mindset, Energy, Family and Self Care. These themes are the focus for the challenges as they are the 4 key areas that have a huge impact on people's lives and ones that really make a huge difference to your mental health and how you feel every day.

Beyond the Challenge

Once the manual and challenges are completed that's not the end of the road as here at SASP we want to continue to build on the project and develop more activities to raise awareness of Men's mental health.

We'd love to hear how you've got on, if you want to tell just fill out the Unbreakable Men feedback form here. Oh…….and tell a friend about Unbreakable Men.

At any point if you feel like you have any questions or are unsure about anything please don't hesitate to contact us.
