SASP Unbreakable Men is an online project for Sports Clubs. The main aim is to raise awareness around Men's Mental Health and to get the conversation started within sports clubs throughout Somerset.

By signing up your club, you will be showing support for and raising awareness of men's mental health. Once you have signed up SASP will send you an Unbreakable Men Sports club package and you're ready to go.

• Be part of a county wide initiative to show support and raise awareness of Men's Mental Health.
• Unbreakable Men resources to display at your club (posters, booklets, banners).
• Receive the latest up to date resources on mental health.
• Monthly Unbreakable Men newsletter including physical activity challenges, Mindset tips/hints, team challenges.
• Exclusive access to club competitions, Unbreakable Men Facebook group, prize draws, Mindset seminars.

• Unbreakable Men Manuals (physical and PDF with videos delivering the contents of the manual).
• Information on and access to the Unbreakable Men Facebook Group and support.
• Posters for club houses etc (post lockdown) with QR codes on them to signpost to websites.
• Media pack – pre-written posts to be shared to club's social media pages and communication channels (E.g. WhatsApp groups/newsletters etc) along with graphics. Example posts include weekly challenges and themes.
• Information on our SASP Challenges website for sports clubs (SASP can set up virtual challenges for your club to compete in, (i.e. minutes, miles and steps).
• Unbreakable Men Club Certification.
• Access to festivals/Unbreakable specific activities and sessions.

There are no big time commitments involved for any volunteers at your club as SASP will provide everything your club needs to facilitate the Unbreakable Men project.
