The Beach Wellness Exercise Classes

How will we keep you safe:

We are following Government guidance and have made some temporary changes to our hours of operation in the short term so that we can safely follow and manage the Government framework for reopening.

To help us manage our gym capacity, we have introduced a new system here, so you can book and guarantee your session at the gym.

We have also prepared some changes to the gym space you need to be aware of so everyone can get active again safely.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

To keep all our staff, members and guests safe and healthy, our studio for classes has been deep cleaned using the recommended chemical cleaners for non-medical settings. We will continue to maintain this standard after we open with regular cleaning.

We have also introduced hygiene stations within our studios for exercise classes, with extra wipes and hand sanitiser readily available. Please use the wipes, spray and blue roll to wipe down equipment before and after use and keep your hands clean. All our equipment and spin bikes are currently deep cleaned after each session.

Capacity Management

We have a new Class booking system that we will be using to help manage the number of people within our classes. Based on Government guidance, our current capacity is between 6 and 12 participants per class, depending on the venue and the type of class. Therefore booking is essential for all participants.

Social Distancing

We have spaced out our studio in order to make social distancing simple and easy for you. We ask that you maintain a 2m distance (3m for a moving class such as Zumba) between each other where possible.

Your instructor will encourage you to find a space.

Throughout the studio there are signs and posters to assist you with social distancing and staff and instructors will be around to help everyone keep to these guidelines, and as always answer any questions.
