Curriculum Competitions for the Summer School Games

Design a flag; film a video blog; write an athlete's oath - Three competitions for primary and secondary pupils to get involved with the Summer School Games and win prizes!


Open Competitions

Somerset School Games is aiming to achieve - more and different young people taking part in the county final events. We are therefore encouraging schools to enter teams of children who haven't already taken part in a level 3 school games final.

The purpose of open competitions is to give more young people an opportunity to try a different sport and compete against other schools in the county at new or developing sports.

There are a set number of places available, so we would encourage schools to send their entries in early. Please see the individual sports for entry information.
