Each term, Sport England provide SASP with a random sample of schools that have been selected to take part. Within that school there will be up to three year groups selected. Check to see whether your school is on the list below.

If your school is not randomly selected to participate, you can opt-in to complete the survey voluntarily. Schools who choose to opt-in are not eligible to receive credits for sports equipment, but they will receive a report summarising survey responses (if enough responses are received) and a Healthy Schools Rating (if the teacher survey is completed).
