Whilst the physical benefits of running are well known, new research released today reveals that improvements in emotional health and wellbeing are being experienced by an extraordinary three-quarters of runners.

This month saw the start of a new project aimed at people living With and Beyond Cancer. Clean sports guidance for clubs Club Matters has teamed up with UK Anti-Doping to bring guidance to sports clubs and promote clean sport.
