After 2 disastrous summers, we are looking forward to an unrestricted resumption of our program this year with Mixed Social Leagues in Yeovil and Taunton!!

Rounders - local teams to once again compete against national side
We are delighted to announce that once again we will be hosting an International Rounders Fixture between 3 representative teams (comprised of players from the Taunton Summer Rounders League and the Exmoor project) to play competitive games against the England National teams – the Senior squad, the U19's and the under 16's.

Summer Rounders, Cricket and Netball Social Leagues - entries being taken

Rounders England Teams come to Taunton
For the second year in a row international Rounders came to Taunton as 3 teams selected from the Somerset Activity and Sport Partnership Rounders League took on the might of the full England team as well as the England Under 19s and Under 16s at Taunton Vale. Rounders Players take to the Slopes and get Active in the Off Season
The SASP Annual Ski trip to Valmeinier, France saw brilliant snow and perfect sunshine all week. This year players from Taunton Soul, Malvern Terrace, Vale Hardhitters and Miss it & Run; teams from the Taunton Mixed Rounders League joined the trip to try out a different way of staying active in the off season! 300 rounders players enjoy a sunny season in Taunton
Another fantastic Taunton Mixed Rounders League season reached it's conclusion on a glorious evening at the Wyvern Club. With 30 teams taking part, 10 pitches filled the field each week with the noise generated by the excitement being heard right across the town!

Local Ladies Compete Against the National Team
Sunday May 10th 2015 will be a date that a number of Ladies from Taunton and Wells will tell their Grandchildren about! It was the day they played against England at Rounders! SASP Workplace Games
Friday evening saw the culmination of the SASP Workplace Challenge with the first ever County Workplace Games at Taunton Vale Sports Club.
