New CMO Guidelines: Any exercise is good for you
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) has said that "even a few minutes of exercise is good for you" – hoping that the simple message will encourage people to get more active.

New OneYou Physical Activity Campaign
On 20th March One You launches a new campaign to encourage adults to get more active. The campaign aims to get people walking briskly in daily bursts of 10 minutes (Active 10s) or more to raise their heart rate and improve their fitness.
