We are pleased to announce that the Workplace Activity Equipment Loan Scheme is now operational and we have 21 assorted equipment bags available for accredited "Active Workplaces" to borrow.
The loan will be for one calendar month at a time and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The equipment loan is FREE, though each loan will be subject to a "damage or lose it, you pay for it" agreement... Read More »

There's a well-known quote which I came across again recently from public health specialist, Dr Nick Cavill, who said, "If physical activity was a pill, it would be the most cost-effective drug ever invented." New Active Lives Adult Survey results also show evidence of the positive impacts of activity on mental health.
The highest ever levels of activity have been recorded by Sport England's latest Active Lives Adult Survey, with 1 million more people physically active than when the survey began.
