'Unbreakable Men' looking for Sports Clubs to launch project pilot

Unbreakable Men is a new project created by SASP, with the aim of raising awareness around men's mental health in the sporting community, as well as offering support and advice through the use of sport and physical activity.
Unbreakable Men is set out in a challenge format, in order to fire up people's competitive nature and get participants thinking about their lifestyles. The Unbreakable Men Manual is split into 4 sections, each of which focus on a different theme; Mindset, Energy, Family and Self-Care.
For this project, we are looking for 10 clubs to pilot this project for January 2020. This will involve incorporating the Unbreakable Men project into your club for a 6 week period. SASP staff will provide support to any club during this time. Once the 6 week pilot period is concluded, there will be an evening to gather feedback from each club and an evaluation, as well as your club being rewarded with £100 incentive. We will be rolling out the project to further clubs in 2020.
