Naturally Healthy May 2019

There are many exciting events to enjoy in Somerset as part of Naturally Healthy Month which started on Wednesday 1st May.

The national scheme runs across May encouraging people to experience, engage and connect with natural landscapes and environments.

Events being put on as part of Naturally Healthy Month in the area include 'Forest Bathing at Holford Coombe where you can try out the Japanese mindfulness practice of 'Shinrin Yoku', walks across the Quantocks with the Taunton Deane Ramblers Association, a Sing and a Stroll event on the Blackdown Hills and Family Fossil Day at Kilve Beach.

There are also Baby Carrying walks, a Rocky Shore survey at Lilstock Beach near Hinkley C, a Bee Identification Day in Taunton's Longrun Meadow and much more.
