We are currently seeking to make a small number of appointments to our Board from people who are able to share their expertise and time to help us to realise our vision of embedding activity as a way of life in Somerset.

We are in the process of putting together our new strategy and vision which comes at a time of real change in our sector. The new national strategy operating from April 2017 is challenging us to make a greater contribution to health, through physical and mental wellbeing as well as, individual, social, community and economic development. All this in a climate of diminishing funds.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who can assist with our knowledge and reach to support our work engaging those who are less easy to reach through traditional mechanisms.

SASP has a successful track record in programme delivery, collaborative working, facility development and networking.
