What I'm really interested in: I have practiced as a Nutritional Therapist since 2016, helping people manage all sorts of chronic conditions such as IBS, diabetes type 2, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, eczema, anxiety, obesity, and negative relationships with food. I am passionate about the quality and provenance of the food we eat and love encouraging clients to a more joyful and instinctive place when it comes to food and eating. I am inspired by the diet and lifestyles of the Mediterranean, which can result in high levels of social wellness, happiness, and health. I also believe in making planet friendly food choices.

I like to move by: using all kinds of exercise and am a really active person. I regularly jog, sea swim and attend local circuits/HIIT classes. As a family we often go walking, with a particular favourite spot being the wild landscape of Dartmoor. In warmer months I am known to cycle my two young children to school & preschool with one packed into a trailer and the other on a seat behind me! I believe humans, like all animals, are born to move, in whatever way we can, and that regular movement is critical for our physical and mental wellbeing.

Something else about me: I absolutely love to grow vegetables and garden and am at my happiest covered in soil – with a glass of wine in hand!

I'm really interested in: I have quite an adventurous past having come from a military background where I travelled all over the world including two tours of Iraq and Afghanistan, this gave me the bug for wanting to keep fit and active but help push others on to see what they can achieve so I then left to become an outdoor fitness instructor. I have a real passion for seeing how the mind effects the body and how we perform in certain environments. I love to be outdoors and using that to get people out and active, I like to help people realise that they can achieve so much more then they realised if given the right environment and tools to succeed. In my spare time I have a real passion for football, although my playing days are limited to 5 a side now, I also love canoeing and getting out and trying new sports all the time.

I like to move by: I love to keep fit and active by getting outdoors as much as possible, I really think that being outside is the best way to keep active. I have a real passion for outdoor bootcamp classes and believe they offer so much for a great all over body workout. I also love a challenge myself by walking up mountains, or completing endurance challenges to really see how far I can push myself. With my friends and family, I like to get out and go canoeing, cycling or mountain climbing anything to keep active and bring people together with a bit of fun. We have amazing places so close to us and should get out and see them all.

Something else about me: I recently completed a 100km in 24 hours, my second attempt after breaking my foot first time round a year ago.
