Learn to Swim

Swimming is a fun activity, a healthy activity and a valuable life skill. All SASP swimming lessons are 1/2 hour long and children swim in small groups, with the teacher in the water for the beginner stages. Our venues are in Quantock and Minehead.

Intermediate 5-10 metres, swimming without floatation aids and improving stroke technique

Intermediate 10-25 metres, developing stroke technique in all four strokes in deep water

Competent 25 metres swimming in deep water, swimming all four strokes developing good effective technique
