10 Footsteps approach for Living well with pain
We will be discovering more about where our pain originates, and how it can be managed and overcome for a better quality of life. Based on tried and proven strategies from the Live Well With Pain team.
Sessions will involve a mixture of workshops, where we build tools and habits that fit your life and priorities; and activities designed to promote health and wellbeing while being accessible for individuals with pain or restricted mobility.
You will get the opportunity to try a number of safe and appropriate social and movement based activities provided by our coaching team and local instructors.
The group is run by the Bridgwater Bay Health and Wellbeing Coach team.
You are welcome to bring a family member or carer who is willing to support you. The room is wheelchair accessible.
