Together Fund Participant Evaluation Survey
Sport England and Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership require projects/ organisations in receipt of Together Fund funding to encourage participants to complete a "Together Fund Participant Evaluation Survey". Participants who complete the survey are eligible to be entered into a quarterly draw to win a £50 Amazon gift card. You can find the Together Fund Participant Evaluation Survey below.
