Legs Bums & Tums
A mixture of exercises targeting core and lower body, ideal to help you tone up and improve your fitness levels.
It will consist of a high energy cardio section, balance and core work, finishing with targeted floor exercises.
Ideal for anyone new to fitness or recovering from injury or just wanting to increase fitness levels and tone. Participants can work at their own pace in an energetic, fun and varied class.
