What is Skiptrix?

A group exercise programme with multi-levels of jump rope skills and tricks structured into an aerobic workout.

Skiptrix is a unique training programme suitable for both men and women, boys and girls, of all ages. Its concept is designed to constantly improve cardiovascular and motor fitness levels whilst having fun, making it desirable for both young and old alike. If you want to have fun and get fit doing it, then skiptrix® is for you.


One hour of rope skipping can burn up to 1,300 calories.


All you need is a jump rope! Then choose clothing with limited toggles or ties, which may become tangled in the rope, and choose suitable footwear, which not only provides cushioning and shock absorption but also good medial-lateral stability.
