What is it about?

To support teachers in the delivery of high quality PE and Sport a Professional Development programme has been devised by dfes and dcms to ensure that they have the tools and expertise they need.

SASP is co-ordinating the programme which consists of 25 modules for primary teachers and 25 modules for secondary teachers.

To improve the quality of teaching, coaching and learning in school sport the coaching for teachers programme provides a menu of Sports National Governing Body courses for teachers and adults other than teachers working in schools (AOTTS)
